ok. day two. i was so frustrated yesterday. ( i realized frustrated is a better term than depressed, coz people thought, i was refering to a love life situation, weird right?! i used the word depressed and people kept on asking how was i doing, so now i think this is a better term.)
as you might have read, my dear readers, (hehe!) i had a really not so good day yesterday, and i would like to say, i think today is a better day. actually, there were still good things that happend yesterday, i just forgot to recognize them coz i was so preoccupied with complaining.
by the way, we had aircon in our rooms today, finally, thoug it was still not that cool. i borught with me my trustee "jug" so i wont dehydrate.
i missed my first class, (i failed to make kwento, that our helps are on vacation, so im kinda doing everything around the house, well, a t least for a week.) coz i needed to attend to my dog, andee. she was not feeling good.
so i got to school just in time for my next class, and we even had time to eat a small snack, my class was relstwo. omg! i was glad my teacher is good, coz when i took relsone my prof was as boring as hell. (im sorry for comparing everything that sucks and everything that is extremely good to hell). i also found out that, kristine and shurwin, were with me at the same time. so that makes the four of us, including abby, which is my blockmate, setonians in the room.
the class after that was at yuchengo! i believe its a kilometer away! coz we really felt all sweaty when we got there. my prof in edutec2 was also my prof in edutech, so we didnt need much introduction and went down to business.
my last class for the day was at gokongwei, again a kilometer away from yuchengco. it was a first for us, (abby, eloisa, cza, angeli, jacq and win) to have a class in that building, so weren't used of not having signal inside the classroom. im not bashing! hehe! our prof in this class was also good. very proficient in english too, and we enjoyed all his trivias about Rizal. (that's our subject by the way). for the nth time drich didn't attend class so when we formed groups we didn't include him in ours coz there can only be 7 memebers in a group. but i was so kind to inform the prof and he was placed in a group well full of bob marley looking guys. hehe. ; )
i was happy to finally get home and take a rest, well not really, for i had to prepare dinner, hehe!
**p.s. i dunno why but im kinda gettin addicted in writing what happend to me. but i think this won't last, coz after this week, it will be the real thing. real hectic sked. and all that stuff.
night before my first day, the first floor of our house got flooded, because the faucet was left open (or because of the water pressure the faucet broke, anyway). i was the one who went down to check, because we heard water flowing and the moment i stepped down, i slept, so lucky me, my backs hurts until now. so we drained the water til midnight. and i went to bed around two.
here's my sched for the first term 06-07. mon,wed,fri : 10:30 - 11:30 ; 2:30 - 3:30 (yah! i only have two classes) then, tue, thurs : 9:40 - 10:40 ; 11:20 - 12:50 ; 1:00 - 2:30 ; 2:40 - 4:10 (yah! i have four classes with ten minute breaks in between, and yah, it sucks! haha!)
i was excited to finally be in school and "experience our 20 plus floor bldg!" woohoo! the highest educational bldg. in the country! yey!
unfortunately. i had to line up before i could ride one of the 4 working elevators (which 3000 other people was going to ride, juz to get to class). my first ride, luckily, was the one in the middle (where you could see a hell of a view of manila!). when o got off, i didn't like the atmosphere, it was already so hot! and i searched for my room, and headed to chair nearest the window (which as a matter of fact, has a very cool lock system!). the comfort rooms weren't available on that floor so we had to go down the 16th to use a toilet. gosh! it was cooler in the cr than in our classroom.
my prof for the first class didn't show up. so i have to wait till wednesday to find out who he/she is.
so i got on one of the elevators again, this time the one in the left most, where there was no glass window anf you really needed to gasp for air, when i got off, i really felt dizzy and sweaty all over. (eww! i know!)
my next class was 2 hours away so i decided to go back to the real world, that is La Salle-inside the gates.
i met up with my blockmates and decided to have lunch.
after an hour i had nowhere else to go, everyone, who i was with had class, so i went to CCD to work on our bulletin board.
at 1:45, i headed back to the new bldg. which by the way is the "bro. ANDREW gonzales hall" (hehe!) and rode the middle elevator, and went to my las class for the day.
bottom line: mainit sa bagong bldg! good luck kung kelan magkakaaircon dun. at ang layo. un lng.
lastly, i pray that my 4 slightly straight classes will go out fine tom. i gotta bring a water jug! (OO WATER JUG NA ITO!) and a big fan or something that functons wiith batteries (as jacq recommended) and hope that the administratotrs will come up with something to remedy this very disturbing problem. and the the bldg will be finished in a week! wah! goodluck tlga!
